Emperor’s Taco Recipe in Sauce

Emperor Tacos in Salsa, a very rich way to eat fish. INGREDIENTS 2 People

1 Slice of Emperor
1 carrot cut into slices
1 red pepper cut into cubes
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 egg
100gr of rice
Flour
Salt
Black pepper
Chopped parsley
Olive oil
Water 1. Let the rice cook for 10 minutes in plenty of water with a little salt. 2. In a pan with olive oil we poach the vegetables. 3. Once poached, add a tablespoon of flour and sauté everything. 4. We are adding water little by little and stirring to form the sauce. Once this is done, season it with a little salt, chopped parsley and black pepper. 5. Remove the skin from the emperor’s slice and cut it into cubes. 6. We passed through flour and beaten egg. 7. Fry the emperor’s dice in hot oil. 8. Add the emperor to the sauce and let it cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.   1. Siempre he puesto el emperador a la plancha, es hora de cambiar . Tiene pinta de estar muy jugosa,LO PROBARÉ. GRACIAS
