  5. What a great idea, thank you indeed. I love tolma and recently started to go off meat. Find Greek version with rice good as well but a bit less exciting. This fish idea is superb. Leaves and fish can complement each other if balanced well. Thank you indeed. In general I love most your takes on Armenian cuisine in modern days some traditional dishes are very time consuming but you make it easy with workable suggestions.
    As for some unpleasant comments….. well… what can I say…. please do not take it close to heart such shallow and incompetent views, can’t please them all.

  6. Tolma is one of my faves! I've tried with chicken and turkey breast, but never with fish. It didn't even cross my mind, how clever 👍🏻 I will try for sure and let you know. Thanks for the recipe.

  7. Good afternoon Ladies, quick question plse: Should not grape leaves be called "SARMA" & zucchinis "DOLMA"?
    That is what we know being a Lebanese Armenian! No puns intended, hadjik …

  8. Heghine, thank you for this! I like the idea of fish and chicken for dolma. As for grape leaves, I use Yergat, their quality is great and they're an American company.
