Hey, Hongsi❤️ Today’s menu I prepared is a ‘Yellowtail’. Bernini classic A sweet grape sparkling wine Let’s drink together~ ☆Sparkling☆ I cut it thick. Ssamjang sauce (Ssamjang, garlic, cheongyang green pepper, sesame oil, sesame seeds) The first bite is always for you Hongsi. Oh my… It’s incredibly delicious T.T❤️ Put Mukeunji that’s washed with water, at the bottom~ (Mukeunji: Kimchi that’s been aged for a long time) And on top of that, 2 pieces of oily yellowtail~ Then finally, put garlic, pepper, and sauce on top. There are many ways to enjoy a yellowtail, but eating with Mukeunji is especially nice. (◍˃̵ᗜ˂̵◍)ॱ Yellowtail is the best! The most delicious yellowtail season is from December. I’m really waiting for it. Radish sprout I will wrap it in a sesame leaf. Flying fish egg Along with the chewy texture, the popping taste of a flying fish egg is really great. The yellowtail gets more delicious and oily when it’s bigger in size. But fresh small yellowtail is also enough to feel the oiliness. Big size green pepper Mouth feels cool and fresh. Chojang sauce (Gochujang, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice) Chojang sauce and fresh garlic go well together. My taste is the Ssamjang sauce. The season I am most waiting for in a year is Winter which is the time that I can eat raw seafood as many as I want. Flying fish egg sound is so good~♪ Oh! The black thing at the bottom is the dried seaweed. Fresh and clean taste. I bought 3kg of small yellowtail this time. And I will go to the fish market again and will buy big yellowtail. The nutty flavors are wonderful. I brought some more because it’s too delicious. My heart is breaking every time when a piece disappears. Last one piece. I really enjoyed it.   8. 저는 요즘 일주일에 두번이상 대방어를 먹고있어요 ㅎㅎㅎ 동네 횟집은 그냥 방어라고 파는곳은 작은 소방어라 부위가 다양하지않고 대방어라고 파는곳은 다양한 부위를 맛볼수있어서 참치같은 다양한 부위의맛을 느낄수있더라구요 그래서 대방어라고 파는곳만 가고있답니다. 기름진 대방어맛 정말 꿀맛이에요 ㅎㅎ 겨울동안 열심히 먹어두고있습니다 ㅎㅎㅎ 홍유님 영상보면서 또 먹고싶다 생각이드네요. 항상 잘보고있습니당 ㅎㅎ
