Tuna Sashimi It’s frozen I will prepare it first then I will eat it after defrosting it. You need to wash after putting it into saltwater. Ta-da~ Take off the skin A tuna is easier to cut when it’s slightly frozen. ★You must wear gloves when handling tuna My favorite part ♥ It’s very slimy because it’s very oily. Tuna special part called ‘Bbol sal (cheek meat)’ I like the feeling when it’s cutting. Okay~! Now shall we go and eat? Hongsi♡ Today I prepared a tuna Sashimi to celebrate 2million subscribers. Thank you so so much खิ৺खิ✧ Let’s start with a belly part. This tight marbling looks so appetizing hehe A delicious part goes to you first, Hongsi=͟͟͞͞♡ W~o~w! This is it! (๑˃̶ ꇴ ˂̶)♪⁺ ‘Melting in my mouth’ is just the right expression to say. The white fat part has a crunchy taste and especially I can taste the nuttiness firstly. Mmm~ So delicious Radish sprout Tuna Sashimi and radish sprout must go together. Your mouth gets refreshed when you eat radish sprout. Fresh wasabi Gim (Dried seaweed) Swordfish belly meat If you go to tuna sashimi place in Korea, they give you Gim but I’m not sure why hehe Anyway, tuna is delicious in every way. Lol, I was so busy eating that I didn’t realize I had a Gim on me. Tuna Bbol sal (cheek meat) Really chewy and has an elastic texture. Its texture is similar to Yukhoe. When the tuna is under the lighting it melts quickly, so I had put dry ice at the bottom, and now it seems like it’s more frozen haha I made the soy sauce for sashimi really weak to feel the most of the flavors of tuna as possible. If I can get the fresh tuna sashimi, I will eat it next time. Pickled garlic Swordfish belly meat is middle to high class so it is more expensive than the big eye tuna belly meat. All parts are white milky color and even the taste is nutty like milk. I memorized different parts of tuna on my notebook because it was hard to remember hehe The names are confusing. It must be not that easy right? \⍩⃝/ haha I will add more radish sprouts~ Dry ice was hiding Oops? When did it drop haha Pickled ginger It’s the last one It gets greasy when you eat too much but it was just the right amount to eat. Thank you for the meal today.
