Balsamic-Glazed Salmon with Strawberry Mango Salsa

If you’re a salmon fan you will love
this Balsamic-Glazed Salmon. Easy to make but rich in taste and extraordinary. Enjoy it with grilled asparagus and strawberry mango salsa, sweet and tangy that will bring out the
great flavors of the glazed salmon. Before we start let’s preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Use a small pan, pour the balsamic vinegar, raw honey about two tablespoons. I’m going to crush some garlic about three garlic cloves. Add it to the pan. Turn on to medium heat. Stir it well and bring the mixture to a boil
for five minutes. Turn of the heat. Divide the balsamic mixture into two. We’re going to use the other half for
the glaze once the salmon is cooked. Cool it down. While the balsamic mixture is cooling down let’s start with the strawberry mango salsa. Red onion cut into small dice Mango We just need one piece. Let’s get some fresh cilantro. some lime Squeeze lime juice all over the salsa. Season it with salt and mix it really well. Let’s prepare our salmon. I have baking tray. parchment paper I have four salmon fillet. Pour some olive oil on both sides of the
salmon. Season with salt both sides of the salmon, freshly ground black pepper Brush the salmon with the balsamic glaze. For this thickness the perfect cooking
time in the oven is 15 minutes and every 5 minutes we’re going to glaze it with the balsamic mixture. Five minutes before the salmon finished cooking in the oven you can start grilling the asparagus. Remove the stalks. olive oil Put the asparagus. Season with salt, freshly ground black
pepper. Cook the asparagus until tender it will take about 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate. And now we’re going to take out the salmon from the oven. Let’s glaze the salmon one more time to
make it more glossy and more appetizing. Transfer to a serving dish. I have prepared four serving plates, let’s do the plating! This salmon dish is best with strawberry mango salsa because it gives you layers of flavors that excites your taste buds!
