To the boiling water add cumin, salt, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay-leaves, star anise and long pepper. Add the rice and cook it until its 80% cooked. Adding ghee. Barbecue the marinated fish. Cook it 50% Add oil in large pan. Add the whole spices. Add the chopped onions. Adding green chilies. Adding ginger and garlic paste. Adding salt. Adding chopped tomatoes. Adding coriander. Adding mint leaves. Adding red chili powder. Adding gram masala powder. Adding curd. Adding the barbecued fish. Finally add the 80% cooked rice. Add some ghee
