WE HAVE EIGHT TO RESULT SAUSAGE BURRITO WITH CASE OF A CLASSIC RANCHEROS AND A COUPLE OTHER SPECIAL THINGS WE DO FROM TIME TO TIME IT IS DELICIOUS. WE HAD A GREAT TURNOUT AND WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR AND EXPANDING ON WHAT WE HAVE GOING ON.>>THAT IS GREAT. AND SO YOU HAVE SOMETHING COMING UP.>>IT IS THE FIRST WEEKEND IN AUGUST. THE BIGGEST FESTIVAL IN BLACKSBURG. WE SHUT DOWN ALL ORIGINAL BLOGS AND THE REST OF WE PUT A GIRL OUTSIDE. WE HAVE LIKE PATIO SEATING INTO OUR PARKING LOT. WE SHUT THAT OFF. IT IS A GREAT TIME FOR EVERYBODY . LOTS OF LOCAL PEOPLE MAKING JAMS AND BASKETS AND ALL SORTS OF STUFF. IT IS A GREAT THING. BUT CHECK THEM OUT AT THAT. WHAT ARE YOU MAKING FOR US?>>TODAY WE HAVE BUTTER POACHED OCTOPUS WE ARE DOING ON CORN TORTILLAS.>>THAT IS THE OCTOPUS? IT IS THE TENTACLES, RIGHT?>>JUST THE TENTACLES. AND THESE ARE GRILLED CORN TORTILLAS WHICH IS A GLUTEN-FREE OPTION WE HAVE. WE ARE GOING TO BE MAKING GRAPEFRUIT , TO GO ON TOP OF THE OCTOPUS. WE REALLY WANTED TO PUSH THE CUSTOMER TO SEE THAT WE HAVE GREAT SPECIALS. WE DO ALSO TO THINGS OUTSIDE OUR TYPICAL MENU AND WE HAVE WE ARE A CHEF DRIVEN RESTAURANT. WE WANT TO BRANCH OUT AND HAVE A GREAT TIME AND KEEP EVERYONE’S JOB INTERESTING. INSTEAD OF MAKING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER. WITH OYSTERS, BISCUIT, RIGHT NOW WE HAVE A PULLED PORK TACO WITH RED WINE PARADIGM.
