Ingredients Cold rice is better for making fried rice! Let the rice cool 🙂 Thinly slice the green onions. It’s cleaner if you use a scissor to cut the kimchi. Add oil around the pan and put the canned tuna first You can choose to put garlic in as well! Stir fry the green onion. When you can smell the scallion oil stir fry the kimchi. To get rid of the kimchi’s sourness, add 1/3 spoon of sugar. Once it has fried enough add the cooled rice. Place it to one side of the pan and pour soy sauce on the other side as if your boiling it at first and mix it with the rice. Add 1 spoon of chilli powder for the colour and texture. It removes the moisture and looks more appetising! Turn off and add sesame oil. Make a fried egg on another pan. A little uncooked and as if you are frying it! Place the egg on top. Simple and delicious tuna kimchi fried rice is complete! I make it very frequently because it’s delicious! It’s really simple and delicious tuna kimchi fried rice!
