Fish Fry Recipe/How to make fried fish with flour/fish fry batter/deep fried fish recipe Welcome Rani’s Kitchen , Today I am going to cook Fish ke pakora. Fish – 500 gm (Tilapia fillet) Basan -4 tbsp (black chick peas flour) Oil Water Cumin seeds, Turmeric ,Salt, Red Chilli ,Garm Masala -1/2 tsp Garlic–10 clove( crushed) Yogourt (Dhai) -2 tbsp Coriander seeds -1 tbsp ( crushed) Kasooi Methi -1 tbsp Black Salt , Carom Seeds (Ajwain) ,Orange Food colours – 1/4 tsp Take bowl ,Add Basan , garlic, dhai , coriander seeds, kasoori methi, Cumin seeds, Turmeric ,Salt, Red Chilli, Garm Masala, Black salt, ajwain , food colour . Mix it well. Add 1 tbsp water and again mix it well. Now add fish and mix it well. -Keep fish for 2 hours to marinate. After 2 hours turn on flame, heat a oil in a pan. Add fish for fry on low -medium flame. Cook one side 2 to 3 minutes and then other side for 2 to 3 minutes. -Cook Until get golden brown colours Fry fish for 5 to 7 minutes total on low-medium flame.
