How to Make Fish Floss (Thermomix)

Hi guys, Jackie M here. Chicken floss is a
childhood favourite of mine. I made some last week using my Thermomix and posted a
picture of it on social media. There’s a lot of interest in not just what it was but also
how to make it, so I’m going to show you in my next segment. This time I’m using fish
because I had some leftover frozen salmon cutlets in my freezer and I’ll show you how
I make fish floss, again using the Thermomix. So, take a look. So there you have it, I threw it in the oven
at the end of it for about 15 minutes and this is what it looks like in the end. So
give it a go and if you’ve got any questions at all, pop me an email and don’t forget to
sign up to my Thermomix mailing list which is just at jackiem.com.au/thermomix and I’ll
see you next time. Ciao!
