How to Make Healthy Fish and Chips (Air fryer option) + Outtakes

Hey guys! Today, we will be making healthy fish and
chips. This is a delicious meal without the fat and
calories of fried food. Let’s go bake it! For this recipe, I will be using an airfryer,
which is a fryer that uses very little oil. And if you don’t have one, that’s okay. You can use a standard oven and it should
do the same thing. The first thing we are going to do is make
our chips. Peel and cut your potatoes into small pieces, lightly coat it with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning For the fish, you can use cod or haddock,
or any type of fish you want. Since we are making a healthy meal, I am using
a breadcrumb coating instead of the standard batter Lightly coat the fish in flour to prevent
it from sticking, then dip it into an egg wash before dipping it in the breadcrumbs. The fish is cooked when its opaque and very flaky. If you enjoyed watching this video and want
