  5. i don’t get it, how do you confirm if the wire goes into the spinal cord or not if done from the head? it seems it’s just going through the meat, wire from tail end on the other hand you can enter directly in the spinal cord

  8. Just a question out of curiosity: why do you block the nervous system straight away? Is it not better to kill him, then make cuts for the blood to come out while it’s still moving to help the blood flow out of the body. And then stopping the nervous system at the end to prevent further lactic acid being produced?

  11. In the vox video I saw the guy inserting the Spike sideways into the fish's brain, but here he inserts it directly in the front of the head. Does it depend on the fish or is there an ideal method for spike insertion?

    저 또한 항상 이케시메를 해오며 입맛을 즐기고있는데 이영상을 보면서 질문이 있습니다. 시메 후 피를 손으로 빼시는데 사실 영상보고 저도 씨배스. 농어를 대상으로 손으로 시도해보았는데 피가 안빠지길래 ^^ 아가미쪽만 찢어서 그런건지.. 혹시 어종에 따라 다른건지 아니면 제가 잘못한것인지 해서요 ^^

    한국처럼 곧 회로 만들어서 먹는다면 오히려 좋지 않은 조건입니다.

    즉 낚시한 후 수시간 후에 먹기 위해서이거나, 숙성을 시킬 때에만 한정됩니다.
    숙성없는 회를 드실려면 피를 뽑고 내장을 제거하는 것으로만으로도 충분합니다.
    따라서 곧 회를 뜬다면 반대로 이렇게 해서는 안되고 일반적인 방법으로 해체를 해야 식감이 살아 있습니다.
