  1. Masters Home Improvement ran this for about a year, needless to say it failed miserably… Not due to the staff, but for the management and their inability to follow the FISH mentality.

Ich habe dieses video,auf einer meiner Weiterbildung Seminare gesehen,ich bin begeistert von der verkaufsphilosophie und deren Motivation der Mitarbeiter, es ist wichtig das,eine angenehme Atmosphäre beim verkaufen herrscht,damit die Kunden sich wohlfühlen und wieder kommen.man muss nicht nur Fachwissen besitzen,sondern auch erfahrung in Menschenkenntnis und ein interesse an Psychologie.Und wenn man dann noch Spaß dabei hat.ist man dann,auf den guten Weg ein guter Verkäufer zu werden.
