EASY TO THROW WHATEVER YOU WANT IN THERE. AND YOU CAN MAKE A MESS AND NOBODY CARES. Michaela: EXACTLY. THAT IS THE WHOLE POINT. YOU GET THE TACO LEAN. WHERE DO WE STAND? WE COOKED UP OUR CHICKEN AND WE’LL MIX OUR MANGO PICO TOGETHER. AND ADD OUR SEASONING SALT IN HERE. A LITTLE BIT OF TOMATO. SOME ESPECIALLY ERS AND ONIONS. Michaela: I LIKE A GOOD MANGO SALSA. SOME CILANTRO, OF COURSE. AND SOME LIME JUICE. Michaela: IT SMELLS SO GOOD. IT’S GREAT. THE TACOS MAKE IT JUST FRESH AND EASY TO EAT. IT IS REALLY A GREAT ADDITION THAT WE ADDED TO OUR MENU IN NOVEMBER. IT HAS TAKEN OFF EVER SINCE. Michaela: IS THIS SOMETHING THAT YOU SERVE WITH CHIPS OR SOMETHING THAT YOU PUT ON THE TACO ITSELF? WE PUT IT ON OUR FISH TACOS AND CHICKEN TACOS. IT’S STRICTLY IN THE TACOS, NOT TON SIDE OR ANYTHING LIKE. THAT Michaela: BUT YOU COULD MAKE THIS A SUMMER SIDE DISH. RIGHT? ABSOLUTELY. THE MANGO IS GREAT. IT’S REFRESHING. Michaela: GREAT COLOUR, TOO. IT’S VIBRANT AND MAKES THE DISH COME TO LIFE. Michaela: THE LIME AND THE ONION. THOSE ARE FAMILIAR FLAVOURS. IF WE THINK OF TACOS, WE WANT THOSE FLAVOURS. ABSOLUTELY. Michaela: THE STREET TACO, IS THIS ONE OF THE MANY DIFFERENT TACOS THAT YOU DON’T HAVE? WE HAVE TWO TACO OPTIONS. WE DO CHICKEN AND FISH. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE FISH OR CHICKEN OPTION. WE CAN SWITCH THINGS UP, OBVIOUSLY. WE ALWAYS HAVE NEW MENUS COMING OUT. WE MIGHT DO MORE OPTIONS FOR THAT DOWN THE ROAD. WHO KNOWS? A VARIETY OF FLAVOURS WITH THE MANGO PICO AND THEN THE SRIRACHA AIOLI IS A GOOD DISH. IT’S NOT SATISFYING OR TOO FILLING. IT JUST GIVES YOU THE ENERGY. A GREAT LUNCH OPTION. Michaela: AND SERVED IN THE LITTLE TACO HOLDER. I LOVE WHEN THE RESTAURANTS HAVE THESE. IT MAKES IT SO EASY. AND THEN THEY ALWAYS LOOK NICE AND PRETTY. IT’S GREAT IF THEY COULD STAND UP WITHOUT THOSE. YOU DON’T WANT THEM FLOPING ALL OVER THE PLACE. Michaela: AND THAT IS A WARM ONE, TOO. YEAH. WARMED THE TORTILLAS UP BEFORE HAND. WITH NICE BLEU CHEESE VINAIGRETTE ON THE SIDE. WE HAVE A CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP AS WELL. THAT COMES WITH FRIES AND ALSO A NONALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE AS WELL. AND THERE IS A BONELESS WING OPTION ON THERE AS WELL. Michaela: I DO LOVE BONELESS. Will: YOU BROUGHT WINGS HERE BEFORE. YEAH. THE GHOST.
