This recipe I will prepare for a friend from Australia, that like to eat eel For this recipe we will need: 1 eel this eel is big, for this reason I will make this eel in oven 3 carrots 1 onion 3-4 bay leaves 1 water glass (200 ml) white wine some salt and pepper and a little bit of olive oil we can remove the eel skin ar we can leave as it has Today I will prepare with skin , because it keeps the meet inside soft and very yummy after we have cut it circles and have put it in a casserole Now we will put some bay leaves (i have take 4) Now we will put some carrots also now put on the onions put on big parts of oninos in all the eel parts now we will put the white wine put some black pepper and salt already 1 tsp and we can also put some olive oil (as you want) people who have reumatic problems, have to use the eel because it is very good for this disease We will bake it now in 200°C/392°F We have now it ready , we have to take it off from the oven after all the liquids are absorbet Now we can serve them . we can serve with boiled vegetables with some lettuce ect.
