Paste cu ton la cuptor | Baked Tuna Pasta (CC Eng Sub) | JamilaCuisine


Hello, everyone! I’m Jamila, welcome to my kitchen! We’re going to make today Baked Tuna Pasta, so let’s see the needed ingredients to start. For this recipe we need: 2 chopped onions, 300 g pasta, 1/2 l tomato juice, 2 canned Tuna in olive oil, 150 g Cheddar cheese, 1 diced bell pepper, 1 bunch of parsley, 3 Tbsp oil, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp of aromatic herbs, a pinch of salt. First of all, pour the oil into a high pan, add the onion and the bell pepper. Stir it well. Cook everything for about 5 min. When the vegetables are soft, add a pinch of salt, the aromatic herbs, I’m using a mix of rosemary, basil, marjoram
and oregano. Add also the minced garlic. Stir it well. Cook everything for 1 min. more. After 1 min. pour the tomato juice, stir it, and let it boil for 15 min. While the sauce is boiling, cook the pasta. In a pan filled with boiling water, add some salt, add the pasta. I’m using Penne, but you may use any kind of
pasta you want. Give it a stir. Boil the pasta for 2 minutes less than is written
on the pack. When the pasta is done, I let it boil for 10 min., strain it and keep it aside until the sauce is cooked. The tomato sauce is done. So we may add the tuna in olive oil. I’ve drained the olive oil. Add it to the sauce. I really like this Tuna fish because it is preserved in olive oil and it is of high quality. Add also the 2nd can, the parsley, turn off the heat and stir it well. The Tuna fish doesn’t need to be cooked,
because it already is. When everything is mixed, add the pasta. Stir well everything. Add salt to taste. The pasta is done. Put everything into a oven dish. Level it. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top. Place the dish into the preheated oven, at 180 C/ 350 F for 15-20 min, or until the cheese is golden-brown. Baked Tuna Pasta dish is done. Leave it to cool down for a while, then serve it. The dish has cooled down a bit, so I was able to slice it. It looks very nice, it is flavored, easy to make and

  1. Am o cutie mare de ton din spania si as dori sa intreb dupa ce voi face aceasta reteta,restul de ton îl pot pune intr o casoleta si sa o depozitez in congelator ..??
