Peanut Butter Pulled Pork Tacos Recipe
Hi guys, I’m Caroline. And I’m Alejandra.
And today we’re making Peanut Butter Pulled Pork Tacos. It’s from leftover Slow Cooker
Peanut Butter Pulled Pork and it’s very, very simple. It’s a really easy way to use your
leftover pork. So let’s go ahead and make some tacos. All right. Go ahead grab… I’m
really eager. Wanna grab a corn or flour tortilla. Thank you. I’m just going to put a little
bit of this meat here. I will follow suit. So it’s kind of like a nice little Tex-Mex
thing going on here. Oh I love it, yeah. You got that sweet barbecue pork and then those
fun taco toppings. Exactly and all we have here is a little bit of salsa and some charred
corn. This corn looks amazing. Which you could either grill the corn then cut the kernels
off or you could actually do it in a cast iron skillet of cut corn kernels that would
work too. Ooh, thanks. You’re welcome. Thanks for sharing. And a little bit of cilantro.
And there you have it: Peanut Butter Pulled Pork Tacos. So you want to dig in? Totally,
always. These smell so great, that charred corn’s really nice. Oh, yeah. Corn is perfect
with the sweetness of the meat, it’s great! Such an easy use for this, you’ll love it. We topped
our tacos with corn, salsa, and cilantro. What would you top yours with? Tell us in
the comments below. Thanks for watching! We hope you like this recipe and give it a thumbs
up. Every week we cook up a new peanut buttery dish, so subscribe to our YouTube channel
