THIS IS OUR GRANDE FISH TACO, DEEP FRIED WITH VINAIGRETTE, KISS OF RED ONION, CABBAGE — THAT SOUND AMAZING. IT’S NOT THE TRADITIONAL FAIR FOOD AT ALL AND YOU SAID PEOPLE COME SEEK YOU OUT FOR HEALTHIER FOOD. THEY SAY THAT’S OUR FIRST STOP AND WE HAVE PEOPLE COME FROM ARIZONA, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA — THEY SAID THIS IS THE BEST THEY HAVE EVER HAD. THAT’S GREAT. WHAT’S THE SECRET TO A PERFECT FISH TACO?
