‘Surmai Fry’ These are 5 pieces of Surmai. Let’s smear them with some salt.. ..and 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste.. ..half a tsp of lemon juice.. ..after that, 1 tbsp of mix masala.. ..and some coriander leaves. Smear the pieces of surmai well with it. Here we have some rice flour. Let’s take it on this plate. Now, let’s switch on the stove and heat the oil. Pour it a bit less; not much.
