Fish and Vegetable Casserole Cooking with Mrs.Valbona Hello my friends welcome on my youtube channel Cooking with Mrs.Valbona Today I will be cooking a healthy recipe Fish and Vegetable Casserole Ingredients are : 1.2 kg fish 2 chopped carrots 2 chopeed potatoes 3 chopped tomatoes 2 chopped onions 1 chopped green pepper , 1 chopped red pepper 3-4 garlic cloves 3-4 bay leaves 1 lemon crushed black pepper crushed red pepper crushed oregano Insted of salt , vegeta olive oil Marinate the fish I have washed the fish , i have cut it in small pieces and now its ready Add crushed black pepper second your wish Add crushed oregano , i prefer to add 1 small tablespoon you can choose by you own Add crushed red pepper second your wish Add 1 small tablespoon of vegeta Add 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 bay leves add a little bit chopped garlic Mix well Now its perfectly marinated Add all vegetables into a bowl Add chopped garlic add chopped oregano second your wish add crushed black pepper add crushed red pepper 2 small tablespoons vegeta add 2 tablespoons olive oil Mix well we have marinated fish and vegetables separated and its time to put them into a baking pan Spread vegetables into the baking pan Put the fish as Im showing you on the video Put some slices of lemon on top Put 3-4 bay leaves Spread half of glass white wine or water Cover it with a foil Cook it for 40 min 220 °C, after first 20 mins remove the foil and let it cook last 20 mins without foil ENJOYYYYYYYYYYYY SUBSCRIBEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
