Thai Pork Tacos Part 2

WE COOL DOWN THIS WEEKEND. BUT THIS WEEK, VERY WARM. A LOT OF SPRING TO ENJOY OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS. WE ARE BACK IN THE KITCHEN WITH KRISTI SLAUGHTER. THIS SMELLS GREAT BECAUSE OF ALL OF THE SPICES THAT YOU PUT ON THERE. THE MEAT LOOKED SO TENDER. LETS SHOW EVERYONE HOW THAT COMES OUT. THIS IS A PORK CHOP. IT’S DELICIOUS. YOU TRIMMED A LOT OF THE FAT OFF AND CUT IT INTO BIG CHUNKS. IT BROWNS ON THE OUTSIDE AND STAYS NICE AND MOIST ON THE INSIDE. I HAVE ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER. I LIKE TO USE THE CRUNCHY, IT SAVES A STEP IN HAVING TO CHOP UP THE PEANUTS. I HAVE SOME RICE VINEGAR, IT’S GLUTEN FREE. IT HAS A LITTLE BIT OF VIN VINEGAR AND A LITTLE BIT OF SALT. DO NOT BE KURNED IF IT SPREADS FNLT ITS — CONCERNED IF IT SPREADS. IT’S NOT WRONG. WE ARE USING GLUTEN FREE SOY SAUCE, IT’S GREAT. IF YOU WANT TO, YOU CAN PUT HOT PEPPERS. I LIKE THOSE. I HAD SOME COFFEE THIS MORNING, I SAID I THINK I SMELL LIKE COFFEE. SHE SAID, YOU SMELL LIKE SOY SAUCE. WE GG TO MIK IT — GOING TO MIX IT UP. I LIKE A LITTLE BIT MORE OF A CRUNCH. WE HAVE OUR BAGGED SLAW MIX. I LIKE THE ONE WITH THE RED CABBAGE IN IT. IT GIVES IT MORE COLOR. WE ARE GOING TO DO SOME CILANTRO. CHRIS, YOU CAN GET THE RICE VINEGAR. IF I HAD FRESH LIMES, I WOULD PUT SOME LIME JUICE IN HERE. THEN THE PEPPER. I LOVE THAT YOU USE THIS SLAW IS A LOT OF DIFFERENT WAYS, A LOT OF PEOPLE DO THE TRADITIONAL COLE SLAW. WE HAVE HUNDREDS OF RECIPES THAT USE A SLAW MIX. WE WERE TALKING ABOUT FISH TACOS, ALSO BUFFALO CHICKEN TACOS THAT YOU CAN USE WITH BLUE CHEESE, IF YOU WANT TO, YOU CAN PUT SOME SOY SAUCE. WE ARE GOING TO COME BACK IN JUST A MOMENT.
