1. Use Turmeric
Regular consumption of turmeric can reduce inflammation. It contains cur cumin which has anti-inflammatory
properties. It is particularly good when it comes to rheumatoid
arthritis. Take 500 mg to 1000 mg turmeric capsules three
times per day or drink the fresh turmeric juice or a glass of warm milk mixed with a
teaspoon of turmeric powder every day before going to bed. 2. Use Epsom Salt
Mix Epsom salt and fresh lemon juice in equal to half a cup of warm water quantities. Swallow a teaspoon of the mixture twice a
day, once in the morning and one at night. You can also add two cups of Epsom salt to
warm bath water and soak in it. 3. Use Apple Cider Vinegar
Take a cup of warm water. Mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and
honey in it. Drink this solution daily in the morning as
it gives an alkalizing effect. 4. Use Black Strap Molasses
Heat 1 cup of fresh water until hot, but not hot. Stir in a tablespoon of molasses and drink
once a day. Note that sometimes it can have a laxative
effect. 5. Use Fish Oil for arthritis treatment
Just consume one or two tablespoons of fish oil a day. Intake of fish oil supplements in the morning
on an empty stomach reduces morning stiffness. 6. Use Alfalfa Seeds
You can make a cup of tea healthy use of alfalfa seeds. Simply add half or one teaspoon of seeds to
a cup of boiling water. Let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes with a lid
and then strain it. Drink this twice a day for two to three weeks
to reduce swelling. You can also opt for alfalfa capsules which
are readily available in the market and can be taken every day. 7. Use Borage Seed oil
Regularly massage borage seed oil in the affected area to help heal painful and swollen joints
area. 8. Use Ginger
Dry milling a mixture of 6 teaspoons dried ginger, 6 teaspoons caraway seed powder and
3 teaspoons black pepper powder. Take half a teaspoon of this mixture together
with water, three times a day. Ginger oil, when applied to the affected area
on a regular basis, can reduce pain, swelling and stiffness. 9. Get a Massage
Heat a little mustard oil until slightly warm. If it swells, you can mix an equal amount
of onion juice, too. Rub gently over the painful joint. Then cover the joint with plastic wrap and
apply hot towels. Repeat this remedy daily before going to bed
for best results 10. Use Cinnamon for arthritis treatment
Mix half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and one tablespoon of honey in a cup of warm water
and drink every morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for several days. You can also make a paste of honey and cinnamon
and gently massage the painful area.
